The first DVD I owned from Funimation wasn’t even anime, it was season one, part one of “Code: Lyoko”, all the way back in 2005 – before I had even gotten in to anime. It wouldn’t be until 2008 when I’d buy my first anime DVD: volume one of “Lucky Star”, back when Bandai Entertainment was still around. It wasn’t until 2009 that I’d own an anime from Funimation with season one, part one of “Sgt. Frog”. You truly will be missed, Funimation.
