Published September 26, 2021 Picture Post: South Waterfront’s road to nowhere is so infamous, even PBOT forgot to update the street signs. Shame this is open to cars now. It was nice as a pedestrian and bike path. Taken on Sep 26, 2021 @ 18:39.
