Picture Post: It’s going to be a very busy weekend at Washington Park with the annual park festival. Skip the parking woes and take TriMet. The last line 63 leaves downtown at 5:45pm and drops off right at the Rose Garden. The free park shuttle is running special service until 9:30pm.
