Published October 13, 2023 Picture Post: With how active it is tonight, it’s hard to believe that just two days ago – in broad daylight – this was the scene of a murder. Portland sure isn’t the city I moved to in 2015, and honestly is no longer a city I can in good faith recommend visiting. Taken on Oct 13, 2023 @ 19:36.
