Picture Post: Now cupping: Kilenso Ethiopia from Coava Coffee

This is actually my second time buying these beans. I first bought them a month ago from Whole Foods because they were on sale and sounded the best.

I immediately fell in love with them. They brew a genuinely rich and fruity cup, even after a few weeks.

And yes, the “Drip” roasting profile is just fine for espresso (not surprising when Urban Forest was the same way). Eventually I should swing by Coava to try the “Espresso” profile, but for now, what Whole Foods sources is perfectly fine.
