Published April 26, 2025 Picture Post: Not that I think there was ever any real debate over Apple‘s ability to build, or at least source, an incredible display, but it is just astonishing how much better the Liquid Retina XDR is over the TV I’ve been using for years with the Studio (with the equally nonsensical name of 43UH6100-UH from LG). It’s not actually as blue as the photo makes it, but it’s color quality definitely isn’t even remotely close. Taken on Apr 26, 2025 @ 11:14.
Published August 6, 2023 Picture Post: 13 years ago today I got my first Intel Mac, a Mac Pro. Like the PowerMac before it, it was a hand me down from an uncle. It served me well for many years but was eventually retired in favor of that storage enclosure on the right. Funny to think how the Mac Studio is about ¼ the size and 30 or so times faster.
