Published December 1, 2022 Picture Post: Of all the green teas I’ve had, nothing has come close to being like Anji Baicha from @taooftea. I guess it’s technically a white tea, but in any case, I love that you can see the rolled leaves transform and open up after brewing. Great aroma too. Taken on Dec 01, 2022 @ 10:25.
