Picture Post: Now cupping: Urban Forest. It’s been a very long time since I had beans from @coavacoffee (pronounced Ko-vuh. I still get it wrong too.) on hand at home. I was very surprised when it was announced they were selected as the coffee provider for @ritzcarltonportland. It’s rather nice seeing a roaster other than the usual suspects in Portland being selected. And yes, it’s a very, very good blend.
