While HOP's first year was better than other systems, it is a system that still has room for improvement.
32% of Streetcar riders make less than $30k a year. If it weren't for overtime, I'd be close to being one of them.
While it may seem like there isn't much to a streetcar, the view is very different once you get above or below one of the trains. Each train has several hundred, if not thousand parts to maintain.
