Picture Post: Don’t forget: The Broadway Bridge will close to ALL vehicles beginning Monday, October 13th. Portland Streetcar will serve the Eastside via the Tilikum Crossing, and the platform at NW 9th and Lovejoy will temporarily close. TriMet line 17 will move to the Steel Bridge.
