Picture Post: Of all the green teas I’ve had, nothing has come close to being like Anji Baicha from @taooftea. I guess it’s technically a white tea, but in any case, I love that you can see the rolled leaves transform and open up after brewing. Great aroma too. | The France Hopper Network
